Distinguishing Marks: The faint white scar of a dark mark on her left arm, the burn mark on her left shoulder from when Troy burned her with a cigarette, a faint long scar along her back from where Troy broke her skin with his whip.
Dress Style:The robes she prefers to wear are rather worn and ratty as she cannot afford any better, but lately events has turned in her favour. Pansy gave her some stunning silk robes - both for every day use and occasions - and with a new job, and a steady relationship she does afford better and better clothes. She also usually wears very sexy lingerie beneath them, most of them gifts from different lovers or clients.

Health in general – both mental and physical: . Mentally, Millicent has huge self esteem issues, as well as having an addictive personality. She has at one point or another been addicted to almost anything, but tries not to get tempted again - for Ella's sake. While in a coma at the shack, however, the healers gave her several different potions all more or less addictive, which is affecting her even after recovery. She's also mentally suffering from the miscarriage of her child, and the heartache and sense of loss that followed.

First Impression (others have of you): A woman you don’t mess with, someone who knows who she is and is sure of herself. (Few things could be further from the truth). To men she often sends out vibes of being a sensual, sexual being, (which means she often attracts the wrong kind of attention from the wrong type of men.)
General Behavior: Millicent is very flirtatious, although she does not mean to be. When she's nervous she tilts her head, looks up through her lashes and fingers with the chain of her necklace which draws attention to her cleavage and breasts. She can be very submissive, if she has a reason to be. She obeys orders from those she works for or care about without thinking, and almost never says no. She has few opinions of her own and is easily controlled if you get close to her. However she does not take too kindly on charity from friends and she does not like the feeling of being used, and if you are not one she has a reason to be submissive to, or one of the ones she likes, she can be quite cruel, snarky and mean. If you hurt her - she hurts back. Painfully so.

She’s always wondered why her father never took a new wife, but suspects it had something to do with his old age (he was old already when she was born). In lack of a female role model, Millicent often lacks the very qualities necessary to lead the life her father would have wanted. She sees this as her own failure, not her father’s, and feels deeply ashamed that she could never become the lady he expected her to be.
Other: Ella's father was unknown to Millicent as there were more than one possibility, but Ella was in fact a product of a chance encounter between Millicent and Justin one night when Millicent was in a Muggle pub - neither of them knows this though and Millicent doesn't even remember the meeting.

What they think about sex and love Millicent's father was old and conservative and Millicent was raised to believe that women who had sex prior to marriage were not ladies. This has not stopped her from having sex with anyone who gives her some kind of validation (or orders/pays her to sleep with them). Seeing how her views of what is right and her actions in life differ as much as they do, she views herself as “damaged goods” not worthy of either love or marriage - again this is changing more and more with Justin in her life. Even though she hardly dares to believe it, he gives her everything she needs and more.
Other:Millicent was a late bloomer and it wasn’t until her time with the Death Eaters that she finally “grew into” her appearance. Role in the ongoing war: She was one of the last ones to get the mark by Voldemort. Her main 'job' was to torture prisoners to make them talk (do to her strength and ruthlessness), and she developed quite the talent for this as well.
When she got pregnant in 1999 her task became more difficult to perform. Her first few months of pregnancy was hard, with lot of nausea and throwing up. As a result she couldn't stomach the stench of the half dead, the sight of the tortured or the sound of screams. (It didn't help that Troy Bletchley tortured her when finding out she was pregnant). With her not being able to perform her main task Bellatrix and Rodolphus decided she was no longer useful told her to get out of the house. She is still amazed that they let her live, and is more than a bit scared that they will demand that she comes back.
With no money since her father's death, she was forced to sell her family manor and everything in it. Instead she moved to a small house that had belonged to her mother, where she had Ella in the spring of 2000. She lived a surprisingly quiet life at first, though the lack of money hit her hard. To survive, Millicent stole, killed and slept around. At first it was lovers taking care of her for short periods of time, with time it was more or less random encounters with people who would get her food or clothes for Ella.
In 2001 the cottage caught on fire, and Millicent escaped the house with hardly any possessions, and had it not been for her insomnia it would have cost her her life as well.
She lived by sleeping around for almost a year before she moved to Hogsmeade when all other options were closed off. She was caught trying to steal some food for Ella. Rosmerta who saw it happen, took pity on the young child and mother, and offered Millicent a job at the Three Broomsticks. Rosmerta immediately saw her potential and offered her the job 'upstairs' as well as a place for her and Ella to stay until they had enough money to afford rent in the house they live in now.
